No Call / No Show Policy
- Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit
- No call / no show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling
- A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment
Late Arrival Policy
- A 15-minute grace period is provided
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee
- Appointments may be canceled if arrival is significantly delayed
- If canceled due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited

To maintain a seamless experience for all clients, we ask that you review our policies prior to booking. By scheduling an appointment or consultation, you agree to the following terms.
Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours notice
- Rescheduling within less than 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation
- Deposits are transferable one time when proper notice is given
- Deposits are non-transferable for last-minute changes
Adjustments & Changes
- Service adjustments after completion may require an additional charge
- Changes to your service must be discussed prior to your appointment
- Once a service is completed, results are considered accepted
- No refunds are provided for completed services
