No Call / No Show Policy
  • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit
  • No call / no show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling
  • A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment
Late Arrival Policy
  • A 15-minute grace period is provided
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee
  • Appointments may be canceled if arrival is significantly delayed
  • If canceled due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited

To maintain a seamless experience for all clients, we ask that you review our policies prior to booking. By scheduling an appointment or consultation, you agree to the following terms.

Rescheduling Policy
  • Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours notice
  • Rescheduling within less than 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation
  • Deposits are transferable one time when proper notice is given
  • Deposits are non-transferable for last-minute changes
Adjustments & Changes
  • Service adjustments after completion may require an additional charge
  • Changes to your service must be discussed prior to your appointment
  • Once a service is completed, results are considered accepted
  • No refunds are provided for completed services
